House has washing machine (in the kitchen) and tumble dryer (in the garage).

Outdoor bike parking at the front of the house. Alternatively, can leave bikes in the garage if it's raining.

Current tenants going into third year of PhD, in Physics working at the west Cambridge site. I essentially work 9-5 on weekdays. I'm sociable, enjoy sport, music and art.

Students preferred. Council tax band C for non-student.
