Double room in Cambridge (CB1)

We have a small double room available from late August in our shared house, located in a quiet, residential area in Cambridge (CB1). The bedroom is fully furnished, including a double bed, wardrobe rail, shelf and desk.

You’ll be sharing the house with 4 professionals (1 male and 3 females). We all get along really well and will have the occasional house BBQ or pub trip, but everyone also has their own life. We’re looking for someone sociable to be a part of the house.

The house is in a great location, within close walking distance of the train station (10 mins) and Mill Road with its shops, pubs and restaurants. The city centre can be reached in 5 - 10 min by bike.

The house has a large kitchen, a living room and a washing machine. The kitchen comes with all the usual equipment including dishwasher and gas hob. There is also a nice garden, with a bike rack, shed and barbeque.

The rent is £700 per month (including bills), and a deposit of £634 to be paid to the landlord, held in a protected scheme.

We are looking for a professional individual, no students, couples, smokers, or pets (sorry!). We would prefer someone who works normal hours, so please no night-shifts or irregular hours. You should be reasonably tidy, happy with a cleaning rota and contributing toward making the house a nice home for everyone.
