Two rooms available in a homely terrace

Hi all! We’re Alice, Gemma and Anna, and we’re looking for two people to join our home, to replace myself (Anna) and our other housemate.

Room 1 is a double room on the first floor looking out onto the garden. It’s furnished with a double bed, mattress, dressing table, desk, bedside table and lamp.

Room 2 is a single room on the first floor looking out onto the garden. It’s furnished with a single bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp.

Both rooms get a nice lot of light and are available from the 1st September.

The rent is £2000 (£500 each) per month and we estimate bills & council tax to be £150 each per month.

The house is close to central Cambridge. We’re 5 mins walking from a few grocery shops. We’re ~20 mins walking from Cambridge train station and the biomedical campus. Parking is permitted with good availability (I never have issues) and costs £75 for the year.

The house is very homely with lots of character. We have a good sized living room for socialising or vegging out. The kitchen opens to the dining room which gets good light and is a good hub to catch up in.
We have a paved garden with room in the raised beds for some plants! It’s a nice space that’s also pretty low maintenance.

We all feel the space is a great option if you’re looking for a chill friendly space! We’ve had an all girls house for the past few years and that works well for us all & we’re looking for people of a similar age. We’re mainly looking for people interested in moving in for the year or longer, so we would like to organise viewings to find someone we would really get along with :)
