Looking for third flatmate!

We're two Cambridge PhD students (1 male, 1 female) looking for a third housemate to move into a house in the Chesterton area, right by the Green Dragon.

It's a three bed, two bathroom property in a quiet residential area close by the river. Cambridge North station is a five-minute cycle away, and the city centre is about a 15-minute cycle.

You'd be in a room on the second floor overlooking the garden (the one pictured in the video), sharing a bathroom with a female housemate.

Three storeys, patio/garden/common area on the first floor, two bedrooms on the second floor and one bedroom on the third floor. It's got a rolling lease of two months, and rent is £800/month, excluding utilities. with utilities it comes out to around £850/month --- slightly more in winter, less in summer. The house is decently well insulated and windows are double glazed, meaning it keeps quite warm in winter - we just had a modern heat pump and solar panels installed as well.

Lovely kitchen with electric stove / dishwasher / laundry / dryer. Note some of the furniture in the photos will be gone as our third flatmate is graduating :(. We'd of course split the cost of buying new furniture equally.

We're both fairly relaxed people who like to row/cycle and hang out in college, but will also respect flatmates' privacy. Move in date would be around late September/early Oct, but we are flexible!
