We have a double room available in our 5 bed house, a 15 min walk from the station, 7 mins cycle to Addenbrokes and 5 mins to Mill Road. The house has a huge garden, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen/sitting room as well as a driveway with room for 2 cars.
Room available from September
The four of us are currently PhD students working on the Addenbrokes campus and so we're out of the house during working hours but are a social bunch. Due to council tax reasons we’re only advertising the room for Masters or PhD students.
The house is a relaxed vibe which is kept clean, tidy and in order. If you are interested and want to come and see the house please let us know and leave some info about yourself when you message and a WhatsApp number so we can arrange a viewing in person!
