One spacious studio

You can have complete privacy, as the studio is not shared with any other tenants, there are 3 studios in total in the house, there is no shared bathroom or kitchen. This spacious studio has enough space for you to do exercise at home. Single occupancy. No pets, No child, No party, sorry.

The self-contained room provides kitchen appliances such as extractor fan, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, large sink with mirror, shaving socket, fridge/freezer, cupboards etc, also provide wooden double bed ( standard double bed )with lots of storage space under bed, high quality mattress, single sofa, laminate floor, lockable door, two wardrobes with many drawers in it, large bookcase/ shelves, large table and one chair, large radiator etc. The studio also has a private 4 tiers shoe shelves.

The bathroom room is compact, equipped with a increased flow rate power shower, a comfortable shower tray (80cm x 80cm) and has a window which you can open and get fresh air in, also has a toilet , a small basin, shower glass enclosure, hooks, fan and light, radiator, toilet roll holder etc. Please note, the bathroom can only be used by a pin number, as it is out of the self-contained room.

No off-street parking, but there are plenty of space on street for car parking, free of charge. Bicycles can be locked on racks under a large canopy at rear garden. There are bus stops of city bus 1, 2, 3, 4 nearby to city centre and train station.
