The spacious room(~20sqm) includes a king size bed (~150cm width), two nightstands, a chest of drawers and a large private bathroom with a rain shower.

**Flat**
The flat spans two floors: The ground floor combines a modern kitchen with a spacious and bright living room. Additionally there's a large terrace and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor there are two modernly furnished bedrooms each with a private bathroom.

**Location**
The place is located within walking distance from the train station (10mins) and shops and restaurants at the leisure centre (5mins).

**Flatshare**
For me it is very important that both of us are mindful of the shared spaces and keep them clean, tidy and ready to use for the other person at all times. Related to this, I think this place might not be the right choice if you work fully remotely and intend to use the living room as an office space.
