Single room with en-suite CB4

The room is fully furnished with a single bed, mattress, bedside lamp, desk and chair, a huge wardrobe with a couple drawers, bathroom is for your own use. You are going to share kitchen with me and another visiting professor(male). The kitchen has almost everything you need for cooking, including pots and pans, kettle, gas cooker and an oven, microwave, toaster, a huge American style fridge, washing machine etc. The cleaning of the communal area is done a few times in a week.


The house is located in CB4 area with easy access either to A14, M11 by car or to city centre, close to Cambridge Science park, west campus and a few Cambridge University colleges, such as Girton college, Fiztwilliam college, and west campus, great for students and professionals.

Gas, electricity, water, broadband and council tax are included.
