Room available in friendly house share

Hi there!
We are looking for a housemate to join us in a super friendly 3-bed house share. Two professionals looking for another professional to join us.

The room is a single bedroom and comes unfurnished. Rent is £525pcm, and around £120 for bills (incl. council tax) each month. Council tax band D.

The house is in a great location, a 10 mins cycle to the city centre, and a 5 mins cycle to the Science Park/Cambridge North Station. There is drive parking available and secure bike storage.

The house has a lot of shared space, including a large living room, kitchen and dining room. 1 shared bathroom upstairs.
There's a lot of extra storage space in the dining room if you need extra room for belongings, and also makes for a great wfh space.

There's also a really nice big garden and lots of big trees around us which keeps the house relatively hidden away.

We like to do some things together as a house, watching films or hosting joint dinners, but equally we're super respectful if you'd rather just have your own space.

We are looking for a housemate to move in from April 20th - so please only contact if you are willing to move in from this date.
