The house is minutes from all local amenities and has excellent road and public transport links (guided bus and A14) plus right next to the Business and science park and close to Cambridge north station.
We are looking for a professional person, who will fit into our relaxed and easy going group.

The house has two lounges, so plenty of space to relax. Plenty of parking and the house is always clean and welcoming. The house has a nice sized garden and patio plus garage used for storage (mainly bikes/gym equipment/ storage

The landlord is really easy going and supports the housemates with any fixes or issues. You’re welcome to speak to existing housemates and ask for yourself.

The rent includes all bills (gas, water, elec, sky tv and broadband and council tax) and is nicely furnished. The room has a built in large wardrobe a desk and chair, mirror, bedside drawers, double bed and mattress. (Fully furnished room and house).
