The property is near Cambridge North, close to Cambridge Retail Park, Ditton Meadows and Cambridge business park. About 15 minutes bus to Cambridge city centre.

The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood with no traffic noise around. It has 4 bedrooms, a toilet and a separate bathroom. The other tenants are all young professionals living at the property for over 2 years. The tenants have different work schedules and are very friendly and quiet. The house is maintained in a clean and organised condition. There is a cat in the house so no more pets are allowed unfortunately.

This room is available from 15th April and the minimum length of stay is 6 month. It’s a double room with built-in wardrobe, a desk, a chair and duvet included. The bed has Ikea Mattress for quality sleep. The room is bright and cosy, viewings highly recommended!
