✨ Female Tenancy Takeover – Ensuite Room Available from 1 May ✨

Hi! I’m looking for a female student to take over my tenancy from 1 May until 13 June in a private student accommodation (The cam foundry)

The room is ensuite, fully furnished, and located on the second floor with a beautiful view. The flat is all-girls, so the replacement tenant must also be a female student.

• Around a 20-minute walk from Anglia Ruskin University
• Secure bike storage available
• Safe and well-maintained private accommodation

💰 Financial details:
• Tenancy takeover fee (£200) is already covered
• My portion of the rent instalment will already be paid for the period I occupy the room
• The new tenant will simply continue the tenancy and pay the remaining rent from 1 May until the contract end date (13 June)
