I’ve been renting for 10+ years in different cities (London, Derby, Cambridge..) so I appreciate how important it is to live somewhere you are comfortable and feel at home.
I myself work for an IVD company and the other professional (female) works at a biotech company in Cambridge. Our (male) housemate is a Radiologist at Addenbrookes but sadly will be moving back to London in June, hence why bedroom 3 will be available.
I am quite active and typically travel in the week for work so I’m hardly home.
We’re all pretty chill and like to have a good cat, but equally respect each other’s personal space ; we’re looking for housemates who are likeminded, ideally clean, friendly and willing to get along with each other.
