Double room for SINGLE occupancy available from the 30th of April. This is a 4 bedroom female shared house in CB4, Chesterton. Close to amenities and public transport.

Room £470 (from June 2026, in May rent is £410)+ Bills (around £120 monthly for water bill, internet, gas and electricity, this last one varies). We as a tenants are responsible for the accounts of the bills. So you should be ok with being responsible for one of the bills accounts or the internet account if need be.

Deposit is £500

The room is on the ground floor and is furnished with: double bed, double mattress, wardrobe, big desk, little bedside table, 2 chest of drawers. Lots of storage space under the bed. Views to the back garden.

The house has been recently painted and we like to keep it clean and tidy. The person who joins us will be expected to help maintain the house in good conditions. We follow a weekly rota that you will be expected to contribute to. We also buy common cleaning products weekly and you will be expected to do your share. The house consist of 2 floors, upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms and the bathroom. The ground floor consist of 1 double bedroom, a living room with sofas and a dining table, small kitchen and a lovely back garden. Space to keep the bike at the back outside is available.

We are a friendly house, we always get on great and have respect for each other's space and belongings. We are looking for a professional non-smoker female who is clean, tidy, quiet, respectful, considerate and easy-going. Visitors are welcome sporadically but not on a regular basis. Common rules on noise during rest hours are expected to be followed.

Viewings are welcome and scheduled after the initial call.
We are busy so will manage the viewings based on availability.
