I am transferring my current contract.

You need to be an ARU student. I'm returning home due to my mother's illness, so I want to give my room, which has a contract until June 19th, to someone else. You can extend the contract afterwards if you wish. The person needs to be a student and be able to prove it. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom with five people. The kitchen and bathroom area is clean and functional, the accommodation is very close to many supermarkets and is located in ARU. The name of the accommodation is Swinhoe House Hall of Residence. I can vacate the room by May 15th at the latest. If anyone wants to arrive earlier, we can still discuss it and make arrangements. Payments are due on the 10th of each month. There is no deposit due during this period.
