Short-term room in a 2-person female house share available from the end of May. Double bedroom with private living room (housemate also has their own private living room in the house). Shared kitchen, shower room and garden. Convenient central Cambridge location on Gwydir Street, off Mill Road.

Rent is £650 per month plus bills (band D council tax).

Other resident is a quiet but sociable housemate, and works from home approx. 1 day a week.

Other resident is planning to move out end of July / start of August. The landlord is planning to return to live in the house in the near future, but there is a possibility of staying in the house for a few months longer, through agreement with the landlord; you would either need to rent the whole property or find another housemate after July / early August.
