Two of us are moving out of a lovely 4-person houseshare we started two years ago, so we’re looking for new housemates to take our rooms!

The house is in a great location right next to Coldham’s Common, just a 10-minute walk from both Mill Road and the Beehive Centre.

The rooms are officially unfurnished, but we're happy to sell our furniture if you’d like to keep things set up as they are.

The house is spacious, with a shared kitchen and living room, one bathroom shared between three people, plus a separate toilet. There is also a small garden and a shed in which we keep our bikes.

The two current housemates are engineers aged 24 and 25, and everyone gets on really well. It’s a friendly and sociable house, as we often play board games together, grab a pint at the pub, or just hang out together in the living room. :)
