A comfortable room is available to rent in my home which is suitable for a mature female. It’s a quiet and friendly household and I’m looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. You would be sharing only with me.

The room overlooks a lovely tree-lined avenue and is furnished with a small double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, tall chest of drawers, bedside chest of drawers and a cupboard. The kitchen is well-equipped with good storage and there’s a large garden which is great for relaxing in. Driveway parking is available and there is easy access to public transport. Bills and Council Tax are included.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area but Addenbrooke’s Hospital and the railway station are only a 20-minute walk away. The city centre is approximately 2 miles from the house.

Local amenities, including a supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants and a pub are only a few minutes’ walk away.
