Garden Studio Annex (Summer sublet)

Beautiful garden studio annex, located next to Ditton Meadows along The River Cam. Quite space while having easy access to the city centre (10 minute cycle). Fully furnished with a double bed, large sofa, plasma screen TV, fast wifi, all kitchen amenities included and a new washing machine. The desk work space can be left in place with dual monitors and connections as needed. Current tenant (myself) is a PhD student leaving for a US exchange, and so this summer sublet would be available for 3-4 months, ideal for another mature student on summer exchange, or someone looking be in Cambridge whilst looking for a permanent place during studies or work in the fall.
