Single room available over summer

I'm looking for someone who would like to stay in my spare room for 1-3 months over the summer (anytime between June-September).

This is a lovely two bedroom flat in a safe and green area, about 30min walk from Cambridge train station.

The spare room would be in what is currently the office, and would include a single bed with bedding and towels, shelves, and a small chest of drawers. A small desk can also be provided if needed.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen/living room area, and you would be welcome to use all utensils in the kitchen. The block of flats also has communal gardens at the back.
