We have a room available in our 5 bed house from 25 June.

The property is a shared house with occupancy of 5 people. Currently occupants are aged between 22 and 33 and young professionals. There are shared facilities of:

- Top floor bathroom with shower and toilet
- Kitchen: good size with space for all tenants to have their own cupboard/storage space. Amenities include: fan oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and dishwasher.

- Garden

The property is in a great location, the centre of Cambridge. Is within cycling/ walking distance to the city centre, bus station and train station. There are many local supermarkets also close by.

The rent includes bills.

Personal profile:
We are ideally looking for a 9-5 working young professional. Someone who is clean and tidy, who enjoys company and considers their house a home.
