We have a small garden, large kitchen with dishwasher and large living room and dining space. Shared bathroom between 3 housemates. There is also another WC downstairs.

Driveway and plenty of parking in quiet cul-de-sac, with no restrictions, as well as garage for bike storage. Plenty of storage space around the house.

25 mins walk to Addenbrookes hospital (10 min cycle) and 30 mins walk to station with bus stop right outside on Cherry Hinton Road. Cherry Hinton Hall park, large supermarkets and leisure centre with gym and cinema not far away. Approx. 20 min walk to Mill Road for restaurants and bars.

Bills are not included but come to around £125 per month for council tax, internet, gas and electric and water.

Deposit is about £600 and referencing required. The house is let as a whole and not per room.
