A beautifully presented double room is available in a welcoming and well-maintained home. Fully furnished, the room includes a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, desk and stylish contemporary pendant lighting, creating a bright and modern living space.

Located on the ground floor, the room benefits from excellent natural light and direct access to the garden through its own back door.

The bathroom is directly outside the room and includes a shower, toilet, and a sink. It’s primarily for lodgers’ use. On rare occasions, guests visiting the household may also use the toilet.

We have a shared kitchen which is equipped and available to use. Facilities include a washing machine, microwave, kettle, cooker, oven and fridge. Tenants will have their own allocated storage space in a kitchen drawer, as well as space in the fridge and freezer for their food and personal kitchen items.
Please note that use of the kitchen is limited to the facilities and appliances listed above.

We have off-street parking available and we are also conveniently located close to a bus stop, with the Number 1 bus providing direct access to Cambridge city centre. The distance to city centre is approximately a 20–25 minute walk away or around an 8-minute bike ride.

We are a friendly Muslim family of four and are looking for a female occupant or a couple only, who appreciates a friendly, respectful and comfortable home environment.
