Short term let in lovely room

The Bedroom

Hi!

I will be away for 4 months, from the beginning of September to the end of December. I am looking to rent out my room during that time. A priori, the room is available 07/09/2026 - 31/12/2026, though if you need it we can shift this window a bit, just let me know!

The room is a double bedroom in a four bedroom house in North Cambridge. It is located in a quiet street and luckily very close to an Aldi. If you are a student, the west hub and maths/physics departments are also close by.
As you can see in the pictures, the house features a lovely living room and garden, while your room has a huge victorian window looking over the street.

Next to you there will be three other people living in the house, Javier (the main tenant), who works in a Biotech company, and two Biology PhD students, Sulay and Matthias. They are all very friendly :)

The rent per month without bills is 635. As Javier is a professional, we have to pay some council tax too which we split. All in all, the rent including bills ends up being around 740 GBP per month. The Council Tax Band is E.
