The house is situated in a quiet area, approx. 7 min walk to Science park, good access to A14, nearby citi1 bus stop, guided bus stop and Cambridge North train station.
The house is quiet (no parties) and fully furnished, warm in winter. It is equipped with a broadband, TV and standard amenities.

There is a shared living room with a dining area, shared kitchen, two bathrooms, conservatory and a garden. There is a parking space in the court (subject to availability) and off-road parking space, a shed for bikes and also a space in a back garden for keeping the bikes.

The current tenant in the property are 3 male, working professionals, in their 20s and 30s.
