Housemates wanted-house in central Cambridge

I'm looking for two housemates to join me in signing a new tenancy for the lovely house I'm currently living in. My current housemates are moving out (to London/moving in with her husband). I'd really love to stay here, so I'm looking for new people to create a friendly and respectful home together.

The house is in an excellent central Cambridge location, situated between Parker's Piece and Christ's Pieces. It's just a 2-minute walk to the Cambridge Bus Station, around a 20-minute walk to Cambridge Railway Station, and within a 5-minute walk of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and other local amenities.

The property is a three/four-bedroom house.(Mainly three bedrooms, could be four). Three bedrooms share a spacious bathroom, while one bedroom has its own en suite. There is a separate kitchen and living room, providing plenty of space to cook, relax, or socialise. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, a good-sized oven, a large fridge, and a separate freezer.

About me
I'm friendly, tidy, and considerate, and I currently work as a Research Assistant at the University of Cambridge. I'm hoping to find respectful and easy-going housemates who enjoy a clean, relaxed, and welcoming home.

The landlord requires at least one tenant on the new tenancy agreement to be a full-time student, so I'm looking for at least one student to join the household.

Bills
The rent does not include utility bills. Water, gas, electricity, and internet are shared separately. Council tax is also not included, although full-time students are exempt.
