Single room available in friendly houseshare

We are looking for a new friendly housemate to join our houseshare in our cosy home. The room available is a furnished single room on the second floor.

About Us:

We are a friendly bunch of young professionals/post grads working in a range of areas such as local government and the charity sector. Aged between 24 and 31. We often chill and watch tv together after work and occasionally have movie, board game or pub nights. We also respect each others private time. We would love to find someone who would like to join in and hang out :))

•⁠ ⁠Just off popular Mill Road, only 15 mins to the station and 25 into the city centre
•⁠ ⁠Shared Kitchen and living room
•⁠ ⁠Private Garden, with bike storage
•⁠ ⁠Council Tax included plus a bi-weekly cleaner for the shared areas
•⁠ ⁠Remaining bills are split between housemates, around £50 month (fluctuating)
