Double Room in Friendly Shared Home

Hello,

We are looking to fill the third room in our shared home in the CB1 area just off Coldham's Common.

It's a big double room in our lovely house, which has a conservatory and big garden and nice living room (with a wood fire!) The room is unfurnished but has some in-built shelves.

. Short cycle to city centre
. Close to train station and bus links
. Big Sainsbury's v near the house
. Space for parking and storage place for bikes

We rent out the whole property from a private landlord, so this is not a HMO with individual contracts.

We are looking ideally for a woman of a similar ageish to us (30s) who wants to be part of a peaceful and homely atmosphere. We like to enjoy each other's company and have a laugh but are definitely not a party house!

There is also a special guy who lives here - Squall the kitten. So you'd need to be a cat fan too.

Bills are on top and split evenly each month.

Bringing pets is a possibility.

Bills come to around £128/month each. Council Tax band C.

Available from now as our current lovely housemate has sadly had to leave.
