Hello,
We are looking to fill the third room in our shared home in the CB1 area just off Coldham's Common.
it's a spacious double room in our lovely house, which has a conservatory and garden and nice living room (with fire!)
. Short cycle to city centre
. Close to train station and bus links
. Big Sainsbury's opposite the house
. Space for parking and storage place for bikes
We rent out the whole property from a private landlord, so this is not a HMO with individual contracts.
We are looking ideally for a woman of a similar ageish to us (30s) who wants to be part of a peaceful and homely atmosphere. We like to enjoy each other's company but are definitely not a party house!
Bills are on top and split evenly each month. We have a weekly cleaning rota to make sure we keep the place ship shape!
