We're looking for friendly, tidy housemates to join our welcoming home while our current housemates (and very good friends) are away conducting PhD research.

Available for a short-term stay (maximum 4 months)

Large desk
Bright and comfortable space

➡️Small single room ideally for someone who can study or work at the library as there is no room or space for a desk.

Excellent Location
Everything you need is within easy walking distance:
Shops, gym and cafés – 5 minutes
ARU – 9 minutes
Grafton Centre – 7 minutes
Cambridge city centre – 14 minutes
Bus stop – 5 minutes
Train station – 25 minutes

About Us
We're a friendly and respectful household looking for someone who is tidy, responsible and easy-going. We enjoy socialising from time to time, but we also value personal space and a relaxed, peaceful home environment.

We like to keep the house clean, comfortable and welcoming. We have a simple weekly cleaning rota, with everyone contributing once a week. If you're unable to do your turn or would prefer not to, you're welcome to arrange a cleaner instead.

No couples and no pets allowed in the property sorry.
