Room available in sociable house

I am sadly moving out of Cambridge in early September so looking for someone to take over my upstairs room in the south of Cambridge. It’s technically a single room but fits a double bed fine. The house is a 5 minute walk to Mill Road and the centre of town is just a 10 minute cycle away. It is a house of 4 girls; the other tenants are 24-28 years old and work in wildlife conservation, medicine and dance. No one regularly work from home. We have a range of hobbies including cycling, doing crafts, going to the theatre and watching TV together in the evenings. We genuinely enjoy spending time together and regularly organise to do things outside of the house. Firm favourite activities are trying out different pub quizzes, going to the park and finding fun things to do in the city. We are looking for someone that also wants to be friends rather than just housemates.

We are a pretty chilled house with no set rules on anything – we just like to keep the house and garden clean and tidy to make it nice to live in. The rent is £450 per month and bills tend to come to £100-£150. The contract is a 6-month minimum tenancy and then it keeps rolling each month but the landlords are very relaxed. We have a locked shed in the garden where we all keep our bikes and there is free parking just around the corner. The wardrobe is included in the room and I am open to selling the bed/mattress if needed. I will take the other furniture with me.
