Cosy double room in Chesterton

I’m looking for someone to take over my Double room in Chesterton, as I’m moving out. ✨

The house is in a great location:
🚶‍♀️15 minute walk to Aldi / Tesco
🌳5 minute walk to Stourbridge Common
🚲 10 minute cycle to town

You will be living with 3 other housemates aged 26-35. We’re a friendly bunch, who like to socialise but respect each others space too. We have a weekly cleaning rota and like the place to be clean and tidy.

If you like movie nights, gardening, music, house plants, crafts, cooking, hiking or just like going out for a coffee and a chat - you’ll fit right in! 😊

About you: we’d prefer a working professional if possible, happy to consider PhD students too❤️

Bills - £80-100 depending on the time of year
Deposit - £692
Room unfurnished

If you’d like to keep the bed and mattress, I will sell it for £30 :)

I’m planning to move out at the end of September, so if you can move in at the start of October - that would be ideal!
