Large GF double room in Romsey

After almost three years of enjoying my Cambridge time from this house in Romsey I am to leave for new adventures by the end of summer. I am looking for someone to take over my lovely double bedroom on the ground floor. The house is quite large and benefits from a lovely garden (with a pond!), there’s a living room, large entry space and kitchen as well as a side access.

The bedroom is wonderful, you can fit quite a lot in it and the high ceiling means there’s room to decorate :). The room is advertised as unfurnished but the landlord has a bed they can provide and I am happy to discuss selling some of the furniture upon leaving.

The house share is just being renewed which means you’re not joining a house where everyone has been besties for years and you feel like the odd one out! All the other occupants are young professionals working in a diversity of fields in cambridge looking for someone not to just share amenities with but to become good friends and make new connections.

In terms of you, you would ideally be a young professional, open minded and keen to make new friends with a plan to stay in Cambridge for a lil bit. I am also bit unsure about my exact moving out date so someone flexible would be preferable.
