Room in sociable houseshare in Arbury

We have a room becoming free in September in our sociable houseshare in Arbury. The room is a downstairs room looking out on a quiet residential street in Arbury - we are about a 15 minute walk from Jesus Green and central Cambridge.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, etc. It is not ensuite but the tenant has a toilet and sink off the kitchen for their exclusive usage, and shares the upstairs family bathroom for showers/baths which is only used by one other housemate. The house also has a living room area with a dining table, a kitchen and a (very!) long garden with bike racks.

The rent is £700 plus bills (around £100) - the landlady requires references from a previous landlord and proof of employment/study.

Current housemates are two teachers and a librarian in their late twenties, looking for an outdoorsy person who would enjoy occasional group cooking, TV in the evenings and outdoorsy adventures!
