Spacious Double Room for Rent

Our lovely double room is becoming available again! 😊 both for female single occupancy (£750/mo) or for pairs! (£450/mo each) bills included

This is a family house, our landlady spends 50% of her time with her family up in Scotland, her son occasionally comes home for a weekend, and her husband lives down the road and visits when she’s around. 🙂 so 50% of the time it would be just us in the house

Amenities include: Sainsbury’s Supermarket 4 minutes walking distance
Adenbrooke’s hospital 10mins drive
City centre 10mins by bike

We also have a lovely spacious garden at the back suitable for BBQs, hanging clothes, picking apples 🍎 or hanging a hammock between the trees to relax in the sun ☀️🍃

I occasionally host my clients’ dogs for boarding as well 🥰 so animal lovers welcome! 💕
