Double room with own bathroom in modern 2-bed flat

Looking for a new housemate to join me in a spacious 2-bed and 2-bathroom flat, in a quiet residential area of Cambridge.

The spacious and light 70m² third-floor flat has a large shared open-plan kitchen/living room and balcony, two double bedrooms (one of which en-suite), and two bathrooms overall. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. Lift and car parking spot, as well as shared bike garage. Furnished.

The available room has a double bed and comes with de-facto private detached bathroom. It is furnished with a double ottoman bed (for extra storage), two bedside tables, walk-in wardrobe, and desk. Some additional furniture may be available. It is part of the very recent development at Franklin Gardens / Darwin Green, and is a 15-min cycle into the city centre, West Cambridge site, and Science Park; 10-min cycle to Eddington.

You would be sharing with one male (29). I'm usually at work during weekdays (and admittedly a bit of a night owl!) and at home on the weekends. Outside work, I sometimes sing in chapel choirs here in Cambridge. I feel like working and singing (and the related social activities) take up most of my time, but otherwise I like relaxing at home, cycling, nice food, and travelling. The flat suits someone who values a calm, clean, respectful, and easy-going living environment. I'd be keen to do activities as part of the household but am quite relaxed.

Rent: ~£875pcm before bills. Bills add up to about £150 per person per month including council tax (band C; if student, there will be a council tax discount).

Available from October (or possibly September), preferably for a grad student or professional. Flexible term, at least 6 months.
