Our lovely double room is becoming available, both for single occupancy (£750/pcm) or for pairs ((£450/pcm each) - bills included.
Although this is a family. house, our landlady is away much of the time, her son and husband occasionally visit over the weekend, and most of the time you will just be sharing the house with Patricia (and the occasional dog she boards, usually for a weekend or a week at a time).
We are located in a quiet, green square full of trees, 4 minutes walk from the supermarket, and are about 2 miles from both Addenbrookes and the city centre.
We also have a lovely spacious garden at the back suitable for BBQs, hanging clothes, picking apples, or hanging a hammock between the trees to relax in the sun.
