A well-presented detached house in a quiet area with connections to Cambridge.
I am looking to rent one double room. There is a built in wardrobe and the room will be painted. Extra furniture will be arranged free of charge for the right housemate.
Our house is located in a small area with a private road and lovely neighbours.
I can repair cars and bicycles in my free time so can be useful.
We have 2 1 year old cats, they are friendly and very calm.
It takes about 20 minutes to bike to the centre of Cambridge along the river. Cambridge North station is 3.5 miles and Waterbeach station is 1.9 miles with direct trains to London.
