We’re a friendly household of adults looking for an easy-going professional to join our home.

The room has its own private en-suite shower room, and you’ll also have full use of the comfortable shared areas, kitchen and garden.

We’re a few minutes’ walk from the C3 bus stop, with easy connections into Cambridge city centre and Addenbrooke’s Hospital. It’s around a 20-minute easy cycle into central Cambridge.

We’re also well placed for the Cambridge Science Park, Business Park and Research Park, with convenient access to the A10, A14 and M11.

There are local shops, pubs and takeaways nearby, including McDonald’s and Papa Johns.

About the household

There are currently two other lodgers and we’re very much a friendly adult household rather than just people sharing an address.

We enjoy a chat, particularly when we’re cooking or happen to be around at the same time, but everyone has their own life and their own space. We don’t live in each other’s pockets.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, relaxed and respectful, preferably with a good sense of humour! Someone who enjoys a sociable household but also values their own privacy should fit in very well.

We want whoever moves in to feel comfortable and able to call the place home.

Initially offered for 3 months, although there may be flexibility for the right person.
