Mill Road - double room in lovely 3-bed house!

Hello!

My name is Florian and myself and my housemate Tamsyn are currently living in a 3-bed house in the Mill Road area. Sadly our housemate Vlad will be moving out soon to move into his new house, so we are looking for someone new to move into this lovely house! He is planning to move out around the 9th of September, so ideally we’re looking for someone to move in close to then if possible, but we can figure things out as we go along.

The room is a bright double room with west facing windows (onto the garden) and currently fits a desk, double bed, and built-in wardrobe in there.

Bills are: £60pm each for council tax, then splitting WiFi, electricity, water & heating on top. So of course it depends on usage, but the bills total comes to around £100pm.

The house is in Mill Road, one of the more fun and well-connected areas of town in my opinion. It's a lovely 3 bed with three floors:
- Ground: Open, connected kitchen / dining room / living room
- First floor: 2 rooms / bathroom
- Second floor: 1 room
- Outside: A pretty nice garden, long and green, and get all the evening sun. We have table and chairs outside for hanging out when its sunny, and a bike shed where you can lock your bike up safely (has a chain built into the cement on the ground).

This is a friendly household, we often hang out in the living room but conversely do not invade your space. We try to operate a tidy household, but at the same time if you don't feel like washing the frying pan immediately nobody is going to get all up in your grill about it!

The house came unfurnished, but we already have most things covered (table, chairs, sofas, TV, fridge, washing machine etc. etc.) All you will need to furnish is your room - if you are worried about that I have gone through it all a couple of times and can help you find what you need.

Additionally if you have a car the area around here has free street parking, it's luck of the draw but I have never had to park more than ~50m away, 95% of the time much less than that.
