Available to move in 05.09.26 - small SINGLE upstairs furnished room with shared facilities including all utility bills and wifi (reception is very good downstairs however upstairs cannot be guaranteed to be consistent) Ideally mid 20s to 30s to join current mostly female residents studying/working.

• Cooker, microwave, own fridge section, tall freezer, W/M
• Downstairs electric shower with wash basin
• Downstairs separate toilet and hand wash basin.
• Upstairs bathroom comprising bath, shower, wash basin, toilet.
• Paved area at back with long grassed garden.
• The communal areas are cleaned by the landlord between tenancies but tenants are expected to clean up after themselves at all times via a cleaning rota.
• Periodic Assured TA, 2 months notice required to vacate
• 3 or 4 months possibly considered (discuss with landlord)
• A few mins walk to local shops at Arbury Court
• 2 mins to the city centre bus stop
• Pedal bike is around 10/15 mins to the city.
