Large shared kitchen with plenty of worktop and fridge space, easy to cook properly in. Garden, fast wifi included, and an on site management team that turns up when something needs fixing. Calm household, not a party house. Suits students and young professionals alike.

The area, with honest walking times
Aldi on Histon Road is about 10 minutes on foot, with a Co op and a Spar on Chesterton Road for quick shops. Jesus Green is around 10 minutes away, so the river, the lido and the running paths are close by. The city centre is about 15 minutes walking and well under that by bike. Histon Road Corner bus stop is 2 minutes away, and both the Science Park and the station are easy rides.
