A comfortable and redecorated double room is available now for the full academic year in a shared cleaned refurbished house close to Sidgwick Site, University of Cambridge, with several colleges and departments, shops and bus stop nearby, and city centre, railway station and the river Cam at 5 min by bike. The location is ideal for graduate students, postdocs and visiting academics.
The room, for single occupancy, is on the first floor, overlooking a quiet road with kind neighbourhood. It is fully furnished, with a double bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, big wardrobe, chest of drawers and a lovely Victorian fireplace. It shares with other two graduate students a fully equipped kitchenette with new appliances and a bathroom with new shower and washing/dryer.
The rent includes all bills, city council taxes, full fibre Wi-Fi, gas central heating, cleaning of common areas once/month and house maintenance.
We are looking for a friendly and clean lodger to share our house, and if you are interested we’ll be happy to show you around 29 and 30 August 2026, in person or online.
