This is a spacious 3 bedroom house with a garden and shared kitchen, lounge and dining. There is a bathroom with toilet upstairs and seperate toilet downstairs and a large driveway to park on. Currently living in the house is myself and my boyfriend, we occupy 2 rooms and the 3rd is now up for grabs as our housemate is sadly leaving us. My boyfriend and I work full time Mon-Friday both in office and from home.
Rent is £640 per month. All bills are included.
The house is close to the Cambridge train station (15min walk) and to the town centre as well as the hospital (30min walk).
We are looking for a friendly housemate who would be keen to join us.
