Cosy 2 bed house, just off Mill Road 🏡

Location: 25 min walk from Cambridge station, 5 min walk from big Sainsbury’s, 10 min cycle to the centre of Cambridge 😊

A bright unfurnished double room is available in a 2 bed terraced house. There is a garden with a lockable shed for bike storage, as well as a small outdoor table and chairs and a DIY-ed outdoor sofa! Free on street parking is also available.

The room is unfurnished, but my current housemate is keen to sell hers to the next person as she’s moving abroad! There is space to put a small desk in the room, but downstairs can also be used for wfh. Downstairs is also unfurnished, but I plan on buying most of the furniture off my current housemate, so it’ll be furnished for whoever moves in (unless you have furniture that you want to bring)! Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc. are all provided 🌟

I am a young professional working in financial services. I enjoy a mix of time to myself and socialising, and have particularly enjoyed hosting friends for the occasional drinks/games nights over the past year! Outside of work, I typically spend my time going on runs, baking, or crocheting on the sofa with a glass of wine!

Move in will be around the end of October/start of November - exact date can be flexible.

Rent is £805 pm excluding bills. Bills come to around £185 a month each.

I’m looking for a tidy and considerate housemate who appreciates a calm, cosy living space that feels like a home rather than a house. My current housemate is 27 and we met on SpareRoom and are now really good friends, and we’ve had a lot of fun living together (think parkrun, wine bars, and craft nights)! I’m keen to find a similar dynamic again, but equally happy to give each other more space if preferred.
