Situated feet away from large green space, tescos, bugens, little pub, local shopping centre, and a quick walk into the heart of Cambridge. First come first serve street parking. There is a washer dryer, plus covered washing line, dish washer, and large fridge. A small conservatory, back garden with BBQ waiting for someone to cook for the house mates. A sitting room to share, large kitchen to whip up some meals. 2 Shared bathrooms, and a private courtyard for all tenants in the front. Wi-Fi included. Double bed provided. Room is furnished. I live in the U. S.. The new tenant must mesh with the current tenants, it is about the harmony of the house. This house has always had good balance, and I wish to keep the happy feeling moving forward. All viewings will be conducted by the tenants.
