Small Room in Friendly House Share !

Hi there !

We are a group of friendly and sociable young professionals, looking for someone to fill a vacant spot in our house share, a cosy house located between Mill Road and Cherry Hinton ! I’m sadly moving out of this house share that has been my home for 3 wonderful years, as I’m travelling for work for the foreseeable future.

This house boasts open and inviting social spaces, two bathrooms, a utility room with plenty of additional storage, and a moderately sized garden which backs onto a quiet public park !

We’re not just searching for a replacement tenant, we’re after an outgoing, sociable housemate that fits the house dynamic - someone who might be interested in group pub / cinema visits, days out on the weekend, and the occasional communal mealtime in an evening ! This being said, we are all very respectful of each other’s space, and there’s no expectation to take part in every group activity !

The rent for the room is 685 including council tax - Full rent + bills for this room comes to around £750 pcm. The room is rented unfurnished, and so all furniture in the room has been purchased by myself - open to discussion if you would like to keep any of the furniture.
