Hi there! I have a lovely, spacious double room available in my 3-bedroom house in the CB4 area of Cambridge (great access to the Science Park, city centre, and local transport links).
I live here with my wonderful cats! The house is far too quiet, so I’m looking to fill it with some life and human connection. I’m hoping to find an animal-loving housemate—perhaps a student, researcher, or young professional—who wants a true home, not just a place to sleep.
About the vibe here: The Company: Must love cats! They are a huge part of the household, so you’ll need to be someone who enjoys a bit of feline company and feline hair now and then.
The Environment: I am incredibly laid-back (definitely a comfortable 5/10 on the neat-freak scale!). The house is relaxed, cozy, and a place where you can genuinely unwind.
The Connection: I would love someone who enjoys a friendly chat at the end of the day, sharing the occasional home-cooked meal, or just having someone look out for them. If you’re moving away from home for the first time or starting a busy new job, you’ll find a supportive, warm environment here. The Logistics: Rent is £600 per month, which strictly includes all bills (council tax (band B), gas/elec, water, and broadband).
