1 bedroom to sublet in 2-bedroom flat (Sep-Dec)

Hi! I am looking for a subletter for my room from late September through the end of December or early January.

It is a really lovely flat: only a 15 minute walk to the city centre, built in 2020 so very new and modern with a dishwasher, an in-unit laundry machine, and lots of daylight. There is also a bike shed. It is a 2-bedroom flat with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

The room you would sublet has a double bed and is the bigger of the two rooms in the flat. It is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, mirror, small desk and chair, and a closet.

Your flatmate would be a female postgraduate student at Cambridge. She is very friendly, easygoing, and clean.

We would prefer another woman to sublet the room. We would prefer if she is also a postgraduate student or young professional. Must be clean, respectful, and a non-smoker. Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the flat :(

It is £800 per month, not including utilities + wifi.
