A double room available in a spacious three-bedroom, 3-storey house in a great location near Mill Road.
Only two other poeple living in the house (one male, one female).
5 min walk to Mill Road, 1 min walk to local shop/post office, 5 min walk to big Sainsbury's. 25-30min walk or 10 minute cycle to train station.
We have a cat, who is friendly and very gentle but shy.
Couples welcome for an extra fee.
Vegetarians preferred (or at the least, no cooking meat in the house, cold meats etc fine).
