Quiet Double Bedroom in central Cambridge

We have a double bedroom to rent in a quiet central Cambridge house.

The property is in a great location close to the the amenities of the town and a short walk or cycle away from most of what the town has to offer.

The house is currently occupied by two male professionals, one who works in hospitality and the other in education.

We are both sociable but use the house mainly as a place to decompress and rest, so often times keep to ourselves - although there is a shared living room.

We are looking for a conscientious and calm housemate who will respect the relaxed nature of the house.

The room itself is at the back of the house, away from any noise of the street, and backs onto our small but peaceful garden.

We are looking for someone to move into the property as soon as possible, as the current occupant of the room is taking her leave by October 5th.
